THE 2ND ANNUAL NBC30 CONNECTICUT WOMEN'S EXPO WILL BE THE SHOW OF THE YEAR!
With over 350 exhibits, this year's NBC30 Connecticut Women's Expo will be the largest event in Connecticut for Women! The show will be held on September 11 & 12, 2004 at the Connecticut Expo Center in Hartford. This ultimate celebration for women will feature the latest products and services in fashion, beauty, health, nutrition, fitness, financial planning, careers, home, education and much more!
The Connecticut Women's Expo welcomes Drake Hogestyn, John Black on NBC's daytime drama, "Days of Our Lives". Drake Hogestyn joined the cast of Days of Our Lives in January 1986 as the heroic John Black. He won the SOAP OPERA DIGEST award for "Hottest Male Star" in 1994. Attendees can meet Drake Hogestyn, Saturday, September 11 from 12 pm -4 pm and get a free autographed photo.
During show hours, the event will also host continuous free seminars to all attendees. Topics are to include; Health & Wellness, Beauty, Fitness, Home Decorating, Dating, Career, Financial, Pregnancy, and Retirement Planning. The show will also feature special stage events and demonstrations, such as dancing, yoga, martial arts, cooking, Discovery Toys kid's play area, performances by the Farmington Valley Chorus and fashion shows presented by Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets and Kathy Faber Designs.
Attendees will also be able to take advantage of many free services, such as health screenings, beauty makeovers, psychic readings, chair massages, and hairstyle consultations.
